I am delighted to announce yet another yoga and meditation retreat at Noddfa, North Wales. This is a time for YOU , to relax and unwind in a place of natural beauty. There will also be some free time after lunch on the Saturday for you to explore the coastline which is just a ten minute walk away, enjoy the gardens and labyrinths of Noddfa, or simply snuggle down for a few hours with a good book. All meals are made from fresh local produce and we are taken care of by the amazing Sisters who live at Noddfa.
This is the third year I have been holding retreats at this delightful place that induces relaxation the minute you walk through the doors. Yoga practice includes a morning Hatha practice ( gentle) and later on we will do some Yin Yoga ( even more gentle!), and evening Yoga Nidra ( Yogic sleep). This is a restful, gentle yoga weekend. We will also have some Yogic chanting sessions ( no problem if you have never done this!). Mindful meditation exercises will be practices indoors and outdoors in nature.
You will be comfortable coming on your own, with a friend or partner.
An example of a typical day's schedule: Morning yoga class followed by breakfast, Meditation and chanting followed by lunch. Free time ( Saturday) followed by a Yin yoga class and meditation. Dinner, Yogic Sleep before bed.
Other facilities or extras available during the event -: Gardens with two labyrinths and the beach nearby.
Pricing: £230 per person ( £200 early bird if deposit is paid by June 1st and balance can be paid a week before the retreat date)
