A second chance this summer to experience this day retreat – the perfect opportunity to get away from it all and make the most of some precious ‘me time’. This retreat, led by Anthea Aireton-Downer, will be a wonderfully relaxing day with a morning of Himalayan Hatha Yoga, a homemade vegetarian lunch, an exploration of the herbs growing on the organic farm and an afternoon of Restorative Yoga and guided Meditation.
This retreat allows you the chance to withdraw from the stresses and strains of everyday life to a quiet and secluded place in order to rest and relax. This day retreat, led by yoga teacher Susanna Graziano, follows the principles of Sivananda Yoga by simply and naturally cultivating the body, just as the farm cultivates the land and its animals. The day will allow you to exercise, breath, relax, meditate, feed yourself with good food, as well as discovering the wealth of health giving herbs growing wild on the farm.
