Whether you’re a pro surfer or yogi or a complete beginner enjoy surfing, kayaking, climbing or walking along the stunning coastline. Set in a beautiful converted barn overlooking the sea surrounded by the ocean on one side and fields and farmland as far as the eye can see. Start the day with a silent walk to the beach, followed by a 1.5 hour yoga session to wake up and warm the body and a hearty brunch before heading down to the beach for lessons, or hiring a board and going solo. Then it’s time for a healthy snack and some time to relax before heading back to the retreat for massage, the evening yoga class, a 3 course veggie supper and time to chill out by the open fire or enjoy the sunset.
An example of a typical day's schedule: 8am – Silent meditation walk to the beach 8.30 – 10am – Morning yoga practice 10.15am – Brunch served 11.am – 6pm – Time for surf or do another activity*, walk, have a treatment, lie on the beach! 6.30pm – 8pm – Evening yoga practice 8pm – Dinner
