Join us on our Ayurvedic yoga retreat in Somerset to learn about the ancient Indian medicine and holistic system of health and wellbeing. Ayurveda’s holistic approach sees body, mind and soul as a single entity. You will leave this retreat understanding more about your body, what foods are better for you, your dosha constitution, how to balance body and mind, prevent diseases and what type of yoga is best for you. Set in an elegant family owned Georgian Manor House which has been in the same family since the 1800's. It has a wealth of character and a warm welcome. Relax with yoga twice daily, healthy vegetarian food, silent walks, Ayurvedic workshop, guided walk, massage and free time to relax.
An example of a typical day's schedule: 8am: wake up, silence, hot water and lemon, healthy snack bar, relax 8:30-10:30am: Morning yoga and meditation class 10.30 am: Brunch of porridge, eggs and other interesting wholesome healthy treats dependent on season 11:30-1pm: Massages and free time to read, explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. 1pm-3pm: Saturday Workshop with Jojo, Sunday guided walk 3pm: Healthy Ayurvedic afternoon lunch dependent on the season 3:30-5:30pm: More treatments to pamper yourself or free time 5:30 – 7:30pm: Evening yoga and meditation class 7:30pm: Delicious vegetarian feast

Pricing: From £295pp for a shared double to £425pp for a deluxe double with en-suite and roll top bath based on two people sharing. Twin and single rooms available. Cost for single occupancy for rooms where the price is based on 2 people sharing is 50% extra. The price is based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room.
