AdventureYogi Happiness Retreat Oxfordshire

We all need help occasionally, and with mindfulness and the question of what makes you happy being asked more and more frequently, we felt it was time to create The Happiness Retreat to help start assisting with this eternal question. The retreat has been designed, by life coach and yoga teacher Louise Gillespie-Smith, to help you connect with your inner smile. The combination of twice daily yoga, silent country walks, healthy satisfying food, journaling exercises and a happiness workshop will leave you feeling uplifted and inspired. Using a combination of energising vinyasa flow yoga in the morning and classic Hatha asanas in the evening, the combination of yin and yang yoga will help to bring your body and mind into balance.

An example of a typical day's schedule: 
8am: silent walk 8:30-10:30am: Morning yoga and meditation class
10.30 am: Brunch of porridge, eggs and other interesting wholesome healthy treats
11:30-1pm: Massages and free time to read, explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. 1pm-3pm: Saturday Happiness Workshop with Louise
3pm: Healthy afternoon lunch
3:30-5:30pm: More treatments to pamper yourself or free time
5:30 – 7:30pm: Evening yoga and meditation class
7:30pm: Delicious vegetarian feast
